What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using MERN
• Work with SQL databases and backend systems
• Develop backend services and automation using Python
• Build AI-powered features and workflows
• Work with LLMs, APIs, AI tools, and agentic systems
• Experiment with prompt engineering and context engineering
• Design effective context and instructions for AI coding and agent workflows
• Integrate AI capabilities into real-world products
• Deploy applications and services to the cloud
• Work with APIs, authentication, databases, and third-party integrations
• Debug, optimize, and improve existing applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Learn and experiment with new AI development tools and frameworks

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
• Working knowledge of Node.js and Express
• Understanding of MongoDB and SQL
• Basic-to-good knowledge of Python
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Genuine interest in AI-native software development
• Good understanding of prompt engineering
• Interest in context engineering and building reliable AI workflows
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and LLM APIs
• Understanding of Git and GitHub
• Willingness to learn cloud deployment and DevOps practices
• Ability to independently research, experiment, debug, and ship
• Strong curiosity and a builder mindset

Very Good To Have

• Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Experience with RAG and vector databases
• Docker and containerization
• AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, Render, Railway, or similar platforms
• REST APIs and webhooks
• Authentication using JWT/OAuth

• Experience building personal AI or SaaS projects
